The Warren County Clerk’s 2026 candidate filing lists Hardy as the Republican candidate for Property Valuation Administrator. His campaign website describes him as a real estate investor and property manager, but its campaign appeal is explicitly for the 2022 election; I have not treated its promises or positions as current for 2026.
