Chandler is a lifelong resident of Bowling Green and Warren County. She graduated from Warren East High School, Western Kentucky University and Salmon P. Chase College of Law; she began as an Assistant Warren County Attorney in 1996 and was appointed County Attorney in 2004, then elected that November.
