Background
Thomas Manco represents the 5th Educational District on the Warren County Board of Education. The district’s biography says he graduated from Warren East High School in 1999, earned a BS in economics from Centre College and an MBA from Murray State University, was a Bristow PTA member for more than six years, and worked as a commercial loan officer with German American Bank for more than five years.
