BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - WKU beat Missouri State 34-13 on Thursday night at Houchens-Smith Stadium for its first Conference USA win of the season, according to WKU Athletics and WBKO.
How It Went
WKU Athletics reported that quarterback Brock Glenn scored on a 1-yard run to open the scoring. In the second quarter, WKU Athletics reported, he threw a 42-yard touchdown pass to Jonathan Stafford Jr. that made it 14-6.
Running back Ajay Allen scored two touchdowns, the second on a 39-yard run, WKU Athletics reported. Kicker Karl Campbell added two field goals, according to WKU Athletics. WKU Athletics put the Hilltoppers' total offense at 464 yards.
Missouri State scored on a 36-yard touchdown pass to open the second half, per WKU Athletics. WKU's release listed attendance at 11,102.
